1. Domestic & International Returns
Because international shipping involves high customs duties, freight charges, and logistics complexities, our policy varies based on the shipping destination:

Domestic Orders (Within India): Items can be returned or exchanged within [2- Choose days] days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions mentioned in Section 2.

International Orders (Export): Due to import-export regulations and high shipping costs, we do not accept general returns on international shipments unless the product received is physically damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Conditions for a Valid Return/Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

It must be in its original packaging with all original tags, labels, and invoices intact.

Customized Items: Any items made to order, customized in size, or specifically altered at your request are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take utmost care in quality control and packaging. However, if you receive a damaged or wrong product:

You must notify us within [48 hours] of receiving the delivery.

Mandatory Proof: You must provide clear photographs and an unboxing video showing the damage or defect along with the shipping label.

Once approved, we will either arrange a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping costs incurred).

4. Return Shipping Costs

General Returns/Exchanges: For standard domestic exchanges (e.g., color changes where applicable), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges.

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6. Order Cancellation
